Aircel and Vodafone announced not to provide any unlimited data plans with newly launched Blackberry Z10 mobile. Blackberry in association with Tata Docomo has launched new mobile in India at price Rs 43,490 on Monday.
It is very bad news for the Aircel and Vodafone users who already decided to switch to news Z10 mobile, but, Tata Docomo has announced to offer unlimited data access along with unlimited local calls to any network for 30 days validity period.
Aircel decided not to offer any kind of unlimited blackberry messenger (BBM) service with new device which they used to maintain for existing blackberry mobiles and company made a deal to offer new plan priced Rs 153 which to come with 1GB data, 250 Aircel to Aircel voice calls, 250 Aircel to Aircel SMSs every month for next three months.
Aircel is going to offer few more blackberry z10 special plans for prepaid and postpaid users but full details have not been announced yet and no news came from telecom giant Vodafone and Airtel about their data plans for blackberry z10.
Data hungry device need to feed any kind of unlimited data service to take full advantages from the device but the new policy taken by the leading telecom operators may degrade the blackberry market a little bit.
