Videocon begins Free Incoming Calls in roaming cirles

Videocon has decided to vanish charge the subscriber has to pay for the incoming calls across roaming circles. Now all incoming calls will be free of cost.

Arvind Bali, CEO, Videocon Mobile has announced that the No charge will be deducted for incoming call from subscribers while they are on roaming areas.

Videocon become the first network to follow the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India’s ‘One Nation Free Roaming‘ policy recommendations.

Subscribers no need to recharge or activate any packs or plan to enable this service on their mobile numbers, ‘free incoming call on roaming circle’ will be available by default and only via Videocon own network in roaming areas, outgoing call charge for local/STD calls will be at Re.1/Min and Rs.15/Min respectively and SMS for local/STD at 3.45/SMS.

Videocon currently operating in four circles including Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Punjab out of its seven licensed circles and company to begins its telecom operation in remaining circles: Bihar, Uttar Pradesh East and West soon.

So, from now Videocon subscribers across Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Punjab are allowed to receive incoming call without any charge while they are on Videocon network in roaming circles.
