Reliance launches WiPOD WiFi Dongle for Pro 3 plans users. WiFi Data card works on CDMA EVDO Rev.B network which offers maximum bandwidth of 14.7mbps using 800Mhz airwaves for better indoor coverage. WiPOD is backward compatible which means both Rev.A & 1X can be connected to use internet where Rev.B coverage is absence.

Reliance Pro 3 users can connect up to 6 WiFi enabled devices to access seamless internet access using Reliance WiPOD WiFi Dongle. Reliance WIFi data card for EVDO REv.B will be very helpful for users having Postpaid Unlimited Plan 999 activated, which offers truly unlimited data usage with speed up to 14.7mbps for 30 days.

  1. WiPOD with power backup – HAIER M1 is not working properly. more fluctuation on data speed. dongle ZTE AC3633 is good giving constant speed.

    Does not even give 100kbphs speed.Guys instead of complaining lets just cancel this product after your plans get over.Because there’s no action taken after complaining.So the best thing we can do is just stop using it.

I have purchase wi pod pro 3 …while purchasing i have taken the demo which the sells man had bought to my house it was showing 9mbps …so i thing its good den i purchase it for 1 year plan for 6500/… After purchasing it was working proper like give 5 – 6 mbps at nite after using for 2 month it is not giving even 512kbps at any time ……….if any one is thinking to purchaae plzz think twice n plzz 1st use in one month plan den think to buy for year….

  11. I have Reliance Dongle. In the first few days, it gave a good speed, but now it has no speed. Both in day and night time, the same problem arises. It affects my work and it irritates me a lot and I get angry toward my decision of selecting this. Due to slow speed of this, I can’t work on time and sometimes net doesn’t open for 30 or 45 minutes, which makes me absolutely angry.
    Please, could someone suggest a good Internet champ? Thanks.

  13. These blo.. reliance company is making fool every user, I bought postpaid wiped plan of rs 999 per month. They said to give 24 gb data every month and rs 500 cash back for 3 month, but my bill was generated of rs 1143, Mr. Ambani is making crores of rupees everyday by making us fool, I will not submit the bull..

I bought WiPod mini and got it replaced two times and still the device is not working…… Its really shocking to see a worst response form the Reliance customer care. escalated to affiliate office of reliance and there also very worst response contacted them by 3/16/2016 and opened a case 244099974 but not even a ack received in 12 days.). I followed up with them every two day but very worst response.. Very worst product…. It looks like Reliance started loosing its quality on product and customer service. Very much disappointed on their worst service. Please do not go for these products…… u may have to keep running to dealers and service centers…..

    Hi,
    I have WiPod connection, bearing no: 9379126882.
    5th of every month the plan should get reset and Pro3 should get activated.

    However, this month it did not happen.

    I have booked 2 complaints with reliance customer care and they closed the 1st complaint without checking whether the issues has been solved or not.

    I booked the 2nd complaint, no: 244 755 922 and whenever i contact reliance customer care i get silly reasons and till date the issue has not been solved.
    Also i got suggestion from reliance customer care representative to terminate the connection.

    Guys, reliance is fooling us all…

    First of all even Pro3 speed is not good, poor that 2G and their customer care sucks..

    Please don’t go for any sort of reliance net connection…

  16. I was using a broad band connection number of 7520165357 (Service Plan: POSTPAID_HSI) with the plug-in (RSN NO. RZTCDC110779494) ZTE-AC2737 since last seven years and it was giving very good service with very good speed, but unfortunately your call center several times insist me/ pressurize me “ That you are our priority and loyal customer so please gate replace your ZTE-AC2737 with new WI-POD MF 802s in free of cost for avail the speed of 14 MBPS otherwise Reliance will disconnect the services, so I gate replaced it on date 19-04-2016 with WI-POD (MF 802s 81 DF) the new Reliace 4G concept for avail maximum downloading speed of 14.7 MBPS (Mega Bytes Per Second) and uploading speed 5.1 MBPS. After activation connect the internet, it was found that the downloading speed is not as per specification it was shows between 55KBPS to 80KBPS and upload speed between 10KBPS to 22KBPS. Then I called to person from where I have gate replaced it he told to me that it is the signal problem your device is not gating proper signals so you call to Reliance Customer Care. After several calls the call center person tell to me that reliance is upgrading the system so you are facing the signals problem this time we can’t help you please bear with us and cut the phone with dialogs of “Reliance main phone karane ke liye dhanybad” after that I called several time to call center but they are not helping me and not giving the write solution/ information. Now I am feeling cheated

When a customer asks about any issue with the connectivity or billing issue, Reliance customer care always do a technique that is pretending like the phone is not working or they are not able to hear our voice and they will say repeatedly three times the dialogue that “Please respond if you are on the call otherwise the call will be disconnected”. They will say this repeatedly 3 times within 10-15 seconds and will simply disconnect or will keep silent for a long time even for one hour. Alternately otherwise they will keep the customer on hold for 30-60 minutes which is not a tolerable limit and the customer will automatically disconnect the call. When you call the customer care again they will do the same technique.

Really it is stupid device, reliance people are cheater”s , very recently I took this device, only 19 days it has worked that 1 mins speed, after that device dead, even it is nit detecting, I visited outlet and service center, there are not responding and there are not replacing device but bills are generating for closing, account Also there are asking to make a pament , for that also paid 1144 rp,after that they did not close account, there asking to convert prepaid I do not want use reliance service , still there Sending bills and layer notice ,, please customers do not buy any reliance product or service, There are a big cheaters. For them having many many policies but customer issues clearing there is no police at all ,

  21. Anilbhai this is shame on reliance. I am regulr costumer from last since 7 years of reliance data dongle. But this time i am fade up from service. u have launch it on the billing cycle end. means u have collect all remaining bill amount and then stop reliance 3 dongle service and provide new wi-pod wi-fi product. it gave on 15 kbps speed from last 10 days means your income is cont…. and we are lossing our money. In costumer care will hold call for 25 min but still your callers are busy no one give us response. it’s prove that u never beat mukeshbhai and his business service. because you are not giving seprate attention to your business. you only loved parties and entertenments. so pls give us justice of our money and trust on reliance name. thank you. sorry anilbhai pn hu ek gujarati chu ane Shri Dhirubhai no bav moto fan chu.

      I have used their 4g dongle for 10 days and without any notice they are charging 4000 bugs and no help is provided by the costumer care…

    There is no proper communication to customer regarding bill detail and changes.

    They never pick our call and the toll free number is totally waste.

    Even though you went directly to Customer service office they are not responding to our complaints.

    The worst customer care ever seen.

    I think its worse than Govt Office.

    They serve us like we are getting free connection from them.

    Reliance is making us fool of us by collecting full payment at the time of upgradation and we suffer the in connectivity.

  26. i deactivated the reliance dongal plan,as well as connection.
    ,now using cable net at home they r providing 2mbps (unlimited)at 400 rs only,n relaince was providing unlimited data at 999 rs for a month (speed wil be 100kbps maximum) ..even when my dongal wasnt working they charged me bill for 2 months..i paid and deactivate..when i was buying the dongal the person(piyush-dadar realince store) said its will be 599 per month and in next bill when i said its above 1000 he said plan has changed..chutiya banane ka dhandha kholke rakha h bhenchod

Thanks God I have read all comments…I have been calling reliance customer care since a year now for new wireline broadband connection , they just receive call and do not turn back for connection.I have called nearly 20-25 time to provide me new connection .Nearly one year over now i didn’t got connection, I can imagine what others are facing problems after getting service..
